About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding the Build it retail footprint through strategic site acquisitions and store developments.

Main Duties:
  • Driving Build it's visibility in the property development sector.
  • Site evaluation for Build it on both macro and micro levels.
  • Presentation of selected sites to the Regional Committee.
  • Lease agreement finalization and site acquisition.
  • Prospective retailer assessment and selection.
  • Management of existing store sales.
  • Local property and retail market expertise.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Retail Estate Management or similar.
  • Strong analytical skills in financial statements, particularly cash flow and financing options.
  • Financial feasibility study interpretation and execution.
