Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Cash and Account Management professional to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all financial transactions.

  • Maintaining Financial Records: Accurately record and reconcile cashbook entries for multiple entities, including preparation of weekly cash flow reports.
  • Petty Cash Management: Issue petty cash advances, process transactions, and reconcile petty cash accounts on a regular basis.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Process invoices for payment, ensuring only valid and authorized invoices are submitted.
  • Load balances to be paid to suppliers after creditors reconciliations have been approved.
  • Ensure timely payments to suppliers in accordance with agreed-upon payment terms.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Reconcile intercompany transactions to ensure accurate balances between entities.
  • Complete creditors reconciliations on a monthly basis, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
