TalentCru seeks an experienced Senior Dealmaker to join our team in a challenging role that involves evaluating and presenting applications for funding and structuring deals. This is a unique opportunity to work with a reputable company and contribute towards achieving business objectives.

The ideal candidate should have a relevant commercial or technical Honours Degree and at least 8-10 years of experience in deal assessment and closing transactions. They should be competent in three due diligence disciplines (Marketing, Technical or Financial) and have experience in the Renewable Energy sector.

Responsibilities include evaluating and effectively structuring transactions, ensuring financial soundness of all credit submissions, leading due diligence teams on high value/complex transactions, and supporting the development and implementation of strategies or action plans.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing own development to enhance their competencies, participating in knowledge sharing in the team and cross-functionally, and coaching and mentoring team members.

Estimated salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on location and qualifications.
