Your Role:

As a Senior Implementation Engineer, you will be responsible for learning our technology and proposing and implementing technical solutions for our clients on our SaaS platform. You will work closely with our Onboarding, Client Success, and other internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and technical support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stay up-to-date with our technology and industry updates
  • Design and implement technical solutions for new and existing clients
  • Lead technical conversations to scope and propose best solutions based on client needs
  • Develop and contribute to platform technical integration documentation
  • Work with our Onboarding team to provide customers with a best-in-class onboarding experience
  • Support Sales and Pre-Sales teams as a product specialist and technical resource
  • Troubleshoot client issues during the onboarding process

Requirements:

  • Self-starter with a focus on creating and refining operational processes
  • Voracious learner willing to be out of their comfort zone
  • Natural curiosity leading to a deep understanding of client challenges
  • Passion for solving customer issues in a fast-paced environment
  • Phenomenal problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English
  • Expert-level knowledge of web technologies, including HTML, JavaScript, SQL, and REST APIs
  • Assist junior team members in complex integrations and rescoping requests
  • Lead team enablement sessions and serve as SME on integration methodologies
  • Significant hands-on experience in designing and implementing medium to complex client solutions on SaaS platforms
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Science, Maths, or related discipline
  • Proven performance in an Integration Support, Sales Engineering, Software Development, or related discipline
  • 4-6 years working in a tech-focused role at a digital marketing or technology-focused company
