Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely completion within quality and budget constraints.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct site assessments and technical evaluations to optimize solar farm construction solutions.
  • Prioritize and manage project risks, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
  • Maintain compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Provide training and mentorship to junior engineers involved in the project.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant field.
  • Minimum National Diploma: Electrical Engineering, Construction Management.
  • 10+ years' project management experience, preferably in electrical EPC.
  • Knowledge in LV/MV/HV electrical engineering.
  • Proficiency with MS Project and CAD for solar design.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, proactive problem-solving.
  • Fluent in English; French is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, work independently and under pressure.
  • Strong computer skills.
