Mixology Specialist

The 80th Restaurant & Grill seeks an experienced Mixology Specialist to craft exceptional cocktails and create a memorable bar experience for customers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create innovative and precise cocktail preparations that showcase creativity and expertise.
• Ensure a clean, well-stocked, and organized bar environment at all times.
• Manage bar inventory effectively, including ordering and tracking stock levels.
• Foster strong relationships with guests by providing personalized recommendations and exceptional service.
• Achieve compliance with liquor laws and responsible alcohol service guidelines.

Required Qualifications:

• Certificate or training in mixology or bartending is mandatory.
• A minimum of 1–2 years' experience as a bartender or mixologist is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, mixing techniques, and liquor brands is essential.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills are crucial for success in this role.
• Familiarity with liquor laws and responsible service standards is also required.

Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
