The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in FMCG stock control, logistics, warehouse, cold storage, and administration, with advanced computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and INFOR LN system or any other ERP system.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervising and managing final products.
  • Coordinating product movements between the Cold Storage facility and external storage areas.
  • Facilitating internal stock transfers.
  • Implementing strategies to minimize delays in stock movement or transfers.
  • Ensuring effective stock storage procedures.

The successful candidate will be self-motivated, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work under pressure and resolve employee and management queries efficiently.
