About the Job
  • Maintain the QMS in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 requirements, reviewing and implementing changes as necessary to ensure quality assurance programs remain effective.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain a supplier management process, ensuring that all suppliers meet our quality standards.
  • Manage external ISO audit processes, interacting with certification bodies to ensure compliance.
  • Manage non-conformance processing, maintaining accurate records and tracking systems.
  • Drive quality at source through education and training, integrating quality into business processes.
  • Ensure that all legal requirements are covered by the QMS.
  • Compile management information reports monthly and quarterly, leading periodic management review meetings with various process owners and Management team.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years' experience in Quality Assurance Management, with a minimum of 3 years in a Quality Managerial role in the Manufacturing/Automotive industry.
  • Certification by industry-recognised professional organisations, such as Certified Quality Auditor or Certified Quality Manager, is preferred.
  • ISO certifications, including ISO 9000:2015 and ISO 3951, would be an added advantage.
  • Excellent organisational abilities, accuracy, and diligence, with strong facilitation and leadership skills.
  • Business acumen, a balance between operational and strategic delivery, integrity, customer-centricity, valuing diversity, negotiation, conflict management, decisiveness, deadline-driven results orientation, team player, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and strong work ethic.
