  • Install, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot control devices, including thermostats, timers, switches, pressure gauges, and flowmeters.
  • Conduct analyses to design industrial control systems that meet safety standards and specifications, including selecting appropriate instrumentation.
  • Monitor equipment performance and make adjustments to maintain optimal operational levels.
  • Install electrical wiring for control devices or equipment such as motors, pumps, and lighting systems.
  • Manage the installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of electrical and pneumatic control panels and other technical equipment in industrial settings.
  • Oversee the installation, maintenance, repair, and replacement of industrial machinery and plant equipment.
  • Handle the installation, maintenance, repair, and replacement of electronic components, including resistors, capacitors, relays, transistors, diodes, and transformers.
  • Test and calibrate equipment to ensure proper functionality.
  • Engage in research to develop new technologies or enhance existing equipment.
  • Experience in injection and compression molding processes is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of PLC systems, AC/DC drives, and electronics is essential.
  • Experience in programming drives and PLCs is required.
