About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Mining Sector Project Coordinator to join our team at Easy Recruit SA in Saudi Arabia. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 9-15 years of experience in project planning and working in the mining/metals sector.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in project coordination, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and operations staff, to deliver projects effectively.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies to meet project objectives.
  • Analyze project progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, providing regular updates to stakeholders on project status and performance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., project management, engineering, business administration).
  • At least 9-15 years of experience in project planning and coordination in the mining/metals sector.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • South African citizenship.
