Main Responsibilities:

  1. Participate in site progress and commercial meetings.
  2. Review and validate payment applications and supplier invoices.
  3. Prepare payment certificates and application forms.
  4. Assist with contract analysis and change control management.
  5. Draft contractual correspondence.
  6. Maintain registers, budgets, and cost reports.
  7. Evaluate the accuracy of new supplier onboarding in the accounting system.
  8. Support claims review and contingency usage assessment.
  9. Update project company reports.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Honours) or B-Tech in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering.
  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying.
  • Bachelor's degree in Law or LLB (in exceptional cases with demonstrated construction knowledge).
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
