This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and attracting top talent to ensuring a seamless hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruitment Strategy & Sourcing: Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates across multiple channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct sourcing. Build a talent pipeline for key roles to ensure a constant flow of potential candidates. Partner with hiring managers to understand specific hiring needs and organizational goals.
• Candidate Screening & Interviewing: Screen and interview candidates to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Conduct thorough background checks, reference checks, and manage the pre-employment process. Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the interview and hiring process.
• Employer Branding: Promote the company's employer brand and culture to attract top talent. Maintain and update job postings, ensuring they align with the company's brand and values.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to define job descriptions, candidate profiles, and selection criteria. Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing insights on recruitment best practices and market trends.
• Talent Acquisition Metrics & Reporting: Track and report on recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source of hire, etc.). Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to drive efficiency and quality of hires.
• Diversity & Inclusion: Work to attract and recruit a diverse pool of candidates in line with the company's diversity and inclusion goals.
Required Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 - 8 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in (industry/sector). Experience with full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
• Skills & Competencies: Strong understanding of recruitment practices and market trends. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools. Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks. High level of emotional intelligence and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
