About the Role
  As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the entire building project from start to finish. We require candidates with a minimum of 5 years' experience in project management and excellent leadership skills. Your expertise should include contract negotiations, budgeting, and scheduling. You will also need to ensure that all projects are completed within the given timeframe of +/- 15 months based in Ethiopia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers.
  • Lead and motivate project teams to achieve goals.
  • Coordinate logistics, transportation, and equipment needed for the project.

Requirements
  Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in project management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

  Salary: The estimated salary for this position is around $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
