About the Role

We are looking for a Valuation Expert: Commercial Properties to perform critical assessments of cap rates, rental levels, and cost estimates pertaining to properties in line with market standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply knowledge of property legislation, including environmental law and regulations, in valuation and project co-ordination processes to support risk frameworks and NedBank's reputation.
  • Review and sign-off external and internal valuation reports in accordance with the mandate structure as per the valuation policy through quality control measures.
Requirements
  • Professional Associate or Professional Valuer registered with the South African Council for Property Valuers Profession (SACPVP).
  • Membership to the South African Institute of Valuers (SAIV) and Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
