  • Developing and optimising PL/SQL scripts for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
  • Managing Oracle databases, ensuring performance tuning, security, and maintenance.
  • Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver tailored solutions.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Extensive experience with Ab Initio ETL tools, including development, debugging, and deployment.
  • Strong PL/SQL expertise, including query optimisation, indexing, and database tuning.
  • Knowledge of data warehousing principles, OLAP, and dimensional modelling.
  • Experience with performance tuning of ETL and database processes.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based data solutions (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is advantageous.
