Autorecruit is seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team. As an Estimator, you will be responsible for assessing vehicle damages to determine the cost of repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Examine damaged vehicles to determine the extent of structural, body, mechanical, or interior damage.
  • Estimate the cost of labor and parts to repair or replace damaged items.
  • Determine the feasibility of repair versus replacement of parts, such as bumpers and fenders.
  • Assess additional costs on vehicles.
  • Conduct assessments and provide accurate estimates.
  • Source and price parts.
  • Develop and manage repair estimates.
  • Communicate with insurance companies and assessors.
  • Follow up on quotes and ensure timely completion of repairs.
  • Utilize software such as AUDATEX and TMS to streamline the estimation process.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Estimator or in a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle repair and estimation procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in AUDATEX and TMS software.
