As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the preparation of individual company accounts from source documents to management accounts. This involves ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial information, which is essential for informed business decisions.

You will also be responsible for regular VAT returns and year-end reconciliation, as well as invoicing and billing. In addition, you will reconcile bank accounts and general ledger accounts, and resolve any un-reconciled items.

To succeed in this role, you must have an accounting degree and relevant professional qualifications in the financial field. A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in an accounting role is required, with experience in the hospitality industry being preferred.

Your strong numeracy and Excel skills, combined with practical experience with accounting systems, will enable you to efficiently manage financial data and make informed decisions.

We are looking for a self-motivated and disciplined individual with attention to detail, who can multitask and adhere to deadlines. A working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations is also essential.
