Job Summary
Spar Group Limited seeks a highly motivated and organized Sponsorship Controller to join their dynamic team. As a key member of the Events (Sponsorship) team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing logistics, and coordinating events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Events (Sponsorship) Controller and Inland Advertising & Promotions Manager.
  • Manage logistics, including venue booking, catering, equipment setup, and payments.
  • Oversee event registration, attendee tracking, and stock control, ensuring timely payments and accurate financial records.
  • Maintain strategic relationships with suppliers, retailers, and internal stakeholders, fostering effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in administration, customer service, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to work flexible hours are essential.
