At Visionsparksearch, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fashion Director to lead our sales and marketing efforts. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales and marketing plans to drive profitable growth.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of sales leadership experience in wholesale apparel, gift, or fashion, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth. They will also have experience managing a team of 5+ direct reports and possess genuine passion for fashion.

We offer a competitive salary of $110,000 to $140,000 plus performance-based incentives and profit sharing.
