We are seeking a seasoned Revenue Protection Lead to join our team at Persona Staff. In this role, you will play a crucial part in identifying and addressing revenue protection opportunities.

About the Role

This position requires a professional with excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities. You will be responsible for reviewing tenant/owner activities and implementing strategies to minimize revenue loss due to tampering or other issues.

  • Calculate backdated amounts and total money payable by clients suspected of tampering with prepaid meters.
  • Implement and enforce revenue protection procedures and rules, as well as project planning.
  • Supervise all activities within the Revenue Protection environment, ensuring continuous communication with the Operations Manager.
Requirements

To be successful in this position, you will need:

  • A Matric certificate
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in revenue protection or a related field
  • Fully bilingual (Afrikaans and English)
  • A valid driver's license and own transportation
  • Knowledge of accounting systems
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong understanding of revenue protection principles. If you are a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for revenue protection, we encourage you to apply.

Salary Range
