The ideal candidate will have a strong background in space planning, architecture, and interior design, with experience in selecting and coordinating FF&E. They will also possess excellent project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.

Duties and Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Developing innovative and functional space plans that meet client objectives
  2. Creating architectural and construction drawings using industry-standard software
  3. Designing interior spaces that exceed client expectations, including selecting and coordinating FF&E
  4. Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and preferences
  5. Managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in space planning and architecture
  • Proficiency in creating construction drawings using industry-standard software
  • Strong background in interior design, including FF&E selection and coordination
  • Excellent project management skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience in the hospitality or retail sector is highly desirable
