We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Level Up team as a Recruiter in Training. This role offers the opportunity to specialize in industries such as Construction, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or Technology.

The successful candidate will gain hands-on experience and mentorship in sourcing, screening, and connecting highly qualified candidates with leading clients. Whether you're passionate about building infrastructure, optimizing supply chains, engineering innovative solutions, or advancing cutting-edge technology, this role will give you the chance to focus on areas that truly excite you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the recruitment manager to understand client needs and job requirements.
  • Source and engage with candidates across various platforms (job boards, social media, networking events).
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications.
  • Build and maintain relationships with top candidates in your chosen field.
  • Support the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring smooth communication with clients and candidates.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
