Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement Group Fintech information security risk and governance management strategy and frameworks.
  • Implement information security governance and compliance protocols.
  • Provide industry benchmarking and trends to ensure continuous alignment with best practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
  • CISSP certification.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Fintech, Financial Services banking, or mobile money.
  • Manager track record of 3-4 years or more; with at least 3 years' experience in Fintech or Banking related cyber security, IT security, or similar.
  • Hands-on experience in managing, leading, and implementing innovative security solutions in a multi-country environment.
  • Experience with Agile delivery and Development Operations frameworks.
