Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Accountant to join our team at Exceed Human Resource Consultants Ltd. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our financial records. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring compliance with financial regulations, internal controls, accounting standards, and tax laws.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and submit accurate monthly financial reports, providing insightful analysis to support informed decision-making.
  • Manage the payroll process, ensuring all employees are paid accurately and on time while maintaining compliance with payroll regulations.
  • Accurately record and reconcile commissions between the CommSpace and Sage systems.
  • Assist with external audits, address findings, and implement recommendations to enhance financial processes.
  • Ensure timely processing of payments and maintain positive relationships with service providers.

Requirements:
  • Masters or relevant qualification in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in financial management and accounting.
  • Relevant accreditation (e.g., SAIPA) is preferred.
  • Proficiency in financial software, including Sage and Comm Space.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations.
