Job Description:

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of Kentucky.
  • Board certification in a relevant specialty (e.g., Family Practice, Gerontology).
  • Minimum one year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner, preferably in wound care or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
