We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented CV Typist to join our team at Sydsen Uthintane (Pty) Ltd. As a CV Typist, you will be responsible for typing and formatting CVs from various sources into our professional template.

Key Responsibilities:

•Typing and Formatting CVs: You will be responsible for accurately typing and formatting CVs from various sources into our professional template.

•Uploading CVs and Candidate Profiles: You will upload CVs and candidate profiles to our ATS, Placement Partner.

•Data Entry and Updates: You will ensure accurate data entry and update candidate information on the system.

•Assisting Recruitment Consultants: You will assist recruitment consultants by organising candidate details, performing data accuracy checks, and managing CV records.

•Document Management: You will support document management by creating, editing, and filing candidate-related documents.

•Confidentiality: You will maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive candidate and client data.

•Team Collaboration: You will work closely with the recruitment team to ensure smooth communication between candidates and consultants.

Requirements:

•Fast and Accurate Typing: You must have fast and accurate typing skills.

•MS Word and Excel Proficiency: You must be proficient in MS Word and Excel.

•Organisational Abilities: You must have strong organisational abilities and an eye for detail.

•ATS Experience: Experience with ATS systems (such as Placement Partner) is a plus.

•Communication Skills: You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

•Proactive Attitude: You must have a proactive attitude and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

•Data Capturing Experience: Prior experience in data capturing or administration is beneficial but not required.
