About the Role

The Financial Wellbeing Consultant Lead will be responsible for leading a team of financial wellbeing consultants and working closely with employees to develop personalized plans for improving their financial wellbeing.

Key Requirements
  • Level 7 qualification in Finance, Commerce, or Marketing; OR NQF Level 4 and 5 years experience.
  • Experience in liaising with external service providers and 3rd party management.
  • Debt rehabilitation and debt counselling/consultation experience/knowledge.
  • Customer engagement skills.
  • Ability to explain complex financial concepts to others.
