About the Job Description
This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled Solutions Architect to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative payment systems. As a key member of our architecture team, you'll play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing solutions that meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Accountabilities:
  1. Design and develop innovative payment systems that enhance system performance.
  2. Analyze and improve internal and client system implementations to boost efficiency.
  3. Translate commercial needs into technical solutions through collaboration with business stakeholders.
  4. Work closely with technical teams to tackle challenges and meet technical requirements.
  5. Present architecture and design concepts clearly to all stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  6. Oversee the quality of design and code, delivering high-quality implementations that meet our standards.

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in IT management or solutions architecture, with at least 5 years in an Agile environment.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with cloud technologies.
  • 5+ years as a senior software developer, preferably within payment or financial systems.
  • Strong background in secure network environments and IT infrastructure.
  • Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong collaborative management style, comfortable with ambiguity, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
