Safari Lodge Operations Lead

We are seeking a highly experienced Operations Lead to join our luxury game lodge in Pilanesberg, North West.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the team, ensuring seamless guest experiences, and upholding high standards in hospitality, safety, and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  2. Collaborate with guides and management to create customized guest experiences.
  3. Oversee the Food & Beverage Department and manage Restaurant & Bar operations.
  4. Support Front Office operations, including Guest Relations.
  5. Provide assistance to Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Human Resources Departments.
  6. Conduct regular room checks and staff training sessions.
Requirements:
  1. Hospitality or Business management-related tertiary qualification at NQF 6 level.
  2. 5 years of experience in Assistant General Manager / Lodge Management roles.
  3. Strong leadership skills across all departments.
  4. Valid RSA ID.
  5. Driver's License & Own vehicle.
Attributes:
  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  2. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  3. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
  4. Open-minded and adaptable to new ideas.
  5. Passion for wildlife and conservation.

Package: R 25,000 - R 30,000 per annum, inclusive of accommodation and company benefits.
