Key Responsibilities:

  • Debugging telematics system failures

  • Handling calls within SLA and TAT
  • Resolving complaints, including feedback
  • Managing root cause analysis of technical queries
  • Reporting key metrics
  • Analyzing metrics for underlying trends

Required Skills:

  • Programming/automation skills
  • Knowledge and experience in working with our Vitality Drive product
  • Minimum 2 years outbound call centre experience
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer services role
