**Job Description:** We are seeking a Steel Fabrication Inspector to join our team at Efficient Engineering Pty Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting materials, components, and finished products to ensure they meet our high quality standards.
**Key Responsibilities:**- Inspect materials, components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards, engineering drawings, and specifications.
- Perform dimensional measurements using precision tools to verify product dimensions and tolerances.
- Conduct functional testing and performance evaluations of products to ensure they meet functional requirements and performance expectations.
- Review material certificates and other related documentation to ensure they meet quality requirements.
- Document inspection results, including non-conformities, discrepancies, and deviations from quality standards.
- Grade 12.
- Trade Test Certificate (Welder or Boilermaker) an advantage.
- SAIW Welding and Fabrication inspector Level 1 Certification mandatory.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in QC inspection within the steel fabrication environment sector.
- Working with precision measuring instruments, and other inspection equipment.
