Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accountant - Office Administrator to join our team at Farm Manager SA.
Key Responsibilities:- Administration and Office Management: Provide administrative support to the farm management team, ensuring efficient and effective office operations.
- Financial Management: Assist with financial planning, budgeting, and accounting tasks, including bookkeeping and financial reporting.
- Facilities Management: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of farm facilities, including equipment and supplies.
- Stock Control and Payroll: Manage stock levels, process payroll, and maintain accurate records.
- Cooking and Hospitality: Prepare meals for owners and guests as required.
- Leadership and Teamwork: Demonstrate strong leadership and teamwork skills, with the ability to take ownership and work independently.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Administration/Office Management
- Minimum of 3 years experience in an office manager capacity
- Accounting/bookkeeping skills advantageous
- Computer literate
- Valid driver's license
