  • Production Management

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Quality Assurance
    • Ensure that all products meet the required quality standards, including appearance, packing, and labeling.
    • Implement and maintain quality control procedures to prevent defects and errors.
  • People Supervision
    • Supervise and mentor subordinate staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
    • Monitor and control time and attendance, ensuring that all staff are meeting their productivity targets.
    • Manage conflict and maintain positive employee relations, creating a stable and productive working environment.
  • Stock Control and Inventory Management
    • Manage stock levels and inventory to ensure that all materials are available when needed.
    • Implement and maintain effective stock rotation procedures to prevent obsolescence and waste.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control procedures.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and targets.
