Duties & ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing pharmaceutical care services, administering scripts, and performing day-to-day dispensary administration according to our Standard Operating Plans (SOPs). Key responsibilities include:
- Interacting with customers in a professional manner and maintaining confidentiality within agreed timelines.
- Accurate capturing of scripts received at the Central Pharmacy centre.
- Handling queries regarding prescriptions and patient profiles.
- Liaising with healthcare professionals as needed.
- Providing problem-solving support and following up on queries.
We are looking for a candidate with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure. If you have a passion for delivering excellent customer service and working in a dynamic team environment, we encourage you to apply.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Further Education and Training Certificate in Pharmacist Assistance.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a Pharmacist Assistant Post Basic role.
- Excellent computer literacy skills, particularly in MS Office.
- Bilingual proficiency, with English being one of the languages required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
