The Family Physician & Clinical Operations Manager is a key leadership role at Quro Medical, overseeing clinical operations and ensuring quality patient care. This individual will report directly to the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) and be responsible for implementing clinical best practices, supervising medical staff, and optimising workflow efficiencies.
This position requires a strong understanding of clinical protocols, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance standards. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and team management skills, effective problem-solving abilities, and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee clinical operations and ensure high-quality patient care.
- Implement clinical best practices and supervise medical staff.
- Optimise workflow efficiencies and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including patients, medical staff, and other healthcare professionals.
- Medical Doctor (MD) with a valid practising license.
- Additional qualification as a Family Physician (FCFP), registered with HPCSA and CMSA.
- Minimum 5 years experience as a medical doctor.
- Minimum 1 year experience in a clinical leadership and/or senior management role.
