  • Assist the Head Butler in delivering outstanding service to all guests
  • Set up and serve meals and beverages in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest cabins, including making beds and restocking amenities
  • Fulfill special requests and needs from guests, such as arranging events or providing extra amenities
  • Work closely with other crew members to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of services
  • Provide excellent communication and customer service to all guests, addressing concerns and issues promptly and professionally
  • Continuously strive to exceed guest expectations and create unforgettable experiences
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hospitality or cruise ship setting
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate guest needs
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work long hours and adapt to changing schedules
  • Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
  • Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary certifications
