Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct business analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategic solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define business needs, and develop project plans.
  • Develop and maintain business requirements documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and business outcomes.
  • Conduct business process analysis to identify areas for improvement and develop process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain business intelligence reports to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Advanced degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on business process improvement and change management.
  • Proven track record of delivering business solutions that drive growth and improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and develop creative solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • ITIL certification or equivalent experience.
  • Agile project management experience.
  • Business process re-engineering experience.
