About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities and growing revenue through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Liaise with customers via phone, email, and in-person to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  • Cold call potential customers to introduce our products and services and generate new sales leads.
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and grow the business.
  • Install, repair, and maintain vacuum pumps and systems on site, providing expert technical support to customers.
  • Complete regular reports on sales performance and customer interactions, providing valuable insights to management.
Requirements
  • A minimum of matriculation and relevant trade qualifications (Electrical/Mechanical or Millwright).
  • Fluency in Afrikaans as the client base prefers to communicate in this language.
  • Fully bilingual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and sales performance.
  • A valid passport for potential travel within Africa.
