Job Title: Trainer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trainer to join our team at Wild Dreams Hospitality. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and guiding our guests on outdoor adventures, while also providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all.

Responsibilities:

* Lead and guide guests on outdoor adventures, including hiking, camping, and wildlife viewing
* Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests
* Develop and implement training programs for staff and guests
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
* Maintain a high level of knowledge and expertise in outdoor skills and safety protocols

Requirements:

* Preferably NQF4 guides
* FGASA Trails Guide and Current Advanced Rifle Handling
* Guiding and other related industry experience
* Current NDT Registration
* Current PDP (desirable)
* Current FGASA Membership
* Maintenance experience is a plus
* Excellent administration skills
* Must be a natural leader who commands respect
* Mature and responsible
* Well spoken, well-groomed and presentable
* Positive attitude and approach toward teamwork
* Ability to take initiative and problem solve
* Passionate and pro-active towards personal growth and training
* Must have excellent references
