* Implement the people plan for the portfolio to attract, retain, develop, manage, and lead people capable of delivering our Internal Audit objectives.

* Contribute to the development of our data strategy and implement it across the portfolio.

* Contribute to our technology strategy and implementation, applying insights on practical audit needs and leading technology developments in wider fields, in financial services, within our group, and in risk and assurance practices.

* Postgraduate degree in IT, Information Systems, or Information Security (minimum)

* CISA (minimum)

* CISM (preferred)

* CISSP (preferred)

* Cloud Security certifications (AWS/Azure) (preferred)

", "Experience": "10+ years of proven experience in IT Security and audit project management, with experience in building partnerships and engaging with multiple stakeholders at senior levels across the ecosystem. Experience in understanding and evaluating security controls across various technology platforms and leading large teams, with change management experience.", "Competencies": "

* Maintain IA Professional Practices: Knowledge of Internal Audit International Professional Practices and applying them to improve the audit methodology.

* IA Technology Application: Utilizing technology to source and analyze data that supports the internal audit process.
