Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Manager to join our team at Profile Personnel. This is a challenging role that requires strong financial management skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a communication champion to ensure positive employee relations and uphold the company's Vision and Mission.
  • Formulate and maintain plant accounting and financial policies and practices.
  • Liaise with departments to prepare annual budgets, quarterly forecast preparations, and financial reports.
  • Monthly management reporting and meeting Profit Plan objectives.
  • Evaluate the financial viability of new products and responsible for Asset Management.
  • Review business plans with senior management and identify program management needs.
  • Create and maintain Standard costs annually.
  • Highlight business risks to local Senior Management Team and ensure Balance Sheet is risk-free.
  • Maintain SOX and Internal Controls compliance and perform ad hoc financial projects as required.
Requirements
  • A degree or diploma with a qualification in Finance, preferably with a CA Certificate.
  • At least 4 years of finance management experience or 6 years in finance within a manufacturing operation, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong financial management skills, including project management and broad-based accounting knowledge.
  • Critical thinking, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, decision-making/problem-solving skills, and conflict handling/dispute resolution skills.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
