  3. Event and Marketing Materials Coordination : Assist in planning and coordinating marketing events, trade shows, and exhibitions. Maintain and organize the marketing room, including stock management of marketing materials. Conduct regular stocktake reports and ensure timely dispatch of items to branches.
  4. Document Control and Compliance : Ensure proper management and control of ISO-related documents. Regularly update, review, and archive ISO documents in line with company policies. Maintain accurate records of all ISO-compliant materials and ensure accessibility for audits and internal reviews.
  5. Administrative Support : Provide administrative support to the sales team, including proofreading marketing materials and assisting in maintaining updated customer load sheets and data sheets.
Requirements
  1. 1-2 years of experience using Photoshop or CorelDRAW.
  2. Experience with 3D graphic render design and texturing is an advantage.
  3. Proactive, driven, and self-motivated.
  4. Positive disposition with a willingness to learn and improve.
  5. Strong graphic design skills for print and web.
  6. Experience with photography and videography (advantageous).
  7. Copywriting skills (advantageous).
  8. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  9. Familiarity with ISO document control processes (advantageous).
  10. Ability to work under pressure on multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  11. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  12. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  13. Trustworthy and reliable with strong conceptual skills.
  14. Tech-savvy, leveraging new technology to enhance productivity and creativity.
  15. Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Sprout, Hootsuite) is a plus.
