Job RoleThe Administrative Director will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring seamless service delivery, and improving operational efficiency. The successful candidate will also be responsible for developing and implementing operational strategies aligned with the medical scheme's vision and objectives.
Responsibilities- Operational Planning: Develop and implement operational plans to achieve strategic objectives.
- Service Quality: Ensure high-quality service delivery, compliance, and alignment with strategic goals.
- Team Leadership: Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the operations team.
- Education: Grade 12 and Postgraduate general business qualification (NQF level 8)
- Experience: 10-12 years' experience in a senior operations or administrative role in a Healthcare administration organisation.
- Skill Set: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
