Job Title: Aftermarket Parts Branch Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Branch Manager to lead our Aftermarket Parts team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing a team, driving sales growth, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of staff to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and profitability
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products
  • Monitor and control expenses, including budget management and asset control
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance, customer feedback, and supplier relationships
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years experience as a Branch Manager in the Automotive Aftermarket Parts Industry
  • Qualification in Management or similar
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in MS Office
  • Contactable references and ability to provide payslips on request
