Job Description
  • Company Overview: We are a leading organization in the investments/insurance and financial services industry, dedicated to delivering top-notch services to our clients.
  • Estimated Salary: R500,000 - R700,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to Portfolio Managers, including capturing and preparing client records, uploading related documents, and maintaining data integrity.
  • Assist with client onboarding, mandate completion, and portfolio transfers.
  • Develop and implement client service experiences as defined by the Head of Operations.
  • Act as a point of contact for clients, ensuring efficient delivery of client requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, transactions, and queries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and provide solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in the financial services industry.
  • Relevant tertiary education or courses.
  • Investment/stock broking experience is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Xplan, DMA, Marble, and OPUS is an asset.
