Key Responsibilities:
• Provide personalized service to all customers, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience.
• Demonstrate effective communication skills, listen to customer preferences, and make recommendations to meet their needs.
• Perform makeup applications to achieve the desired look for customers.
• Inform customers about available services, M.A.C. programs, and philosophies.
• Meet individual sales and service targets, contributing to the team's goals.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to good counter practices.
• Participate in store theme days, events, and new product launches.
• Achieve Skills Certification requirements and participate in training sessions.
• Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and maintenance of work environment.
Requirements:
• Grade 12
• Beauty Certificate or similar
• Retail Cosmetics Experience
• Ability to work retail hours
