About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced educator to take on a senior leadership role within our school. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading all aspects of the Higher Education programme, including managing applications to UK, US, and international universities.

The postholder will work closely with Heads of departments across disciplines to support and guide their university enrichment programme. They will also be responsible for managing a team of 5 staff members, including Higher Education Co-ordinators and administrators.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Master's degree or PhD in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in leading a high-performing team.
  • Excellent teaching and leadership skills.
