Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the contract lifecycle, from preparation to execution. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that all contracts meet our client's requirements and are executed efficiently and effectively.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in contracts management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A diploma or degree in building sciences is required, as well as at least 10 years of experience in contracts management. Experience working on commercial building projects and familiarity with CCS guidelines are also essential.
