SHEQ Manager – Krugersdorp
Aim Personnel is seeking a highly skilled SHEQ Manager to join our team in Krugersdorp. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the implementation and administration of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 Management Systems.
The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of local safety, security, and environmental legislation, including OHSACT, COID ACT, NEMA Act, and danger goods transportation. They will also possess skills in SAMTRAC, SHEMTRAC, hazard identification, risk assessments, legal compliance assessments, construction regulations, and other NOSA or similar training. Security knowledge is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective SHEQ policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Management, or related field.

- Strong knowledge of local safety, security, and environmental legislation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary
R900 000 per annum (negotiable based on experience).
