Construction Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Foreman to join our team at Gap Consulting. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Project Management: Manage construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring all aspects of the project are executed according to plan.
• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of construction professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to complete their tasks.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that construction work meets the required standards and quality expectations.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks and hazards on site, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel.
• Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that project requirements are met and expectations are managed.

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in construction, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role.
• Education: Degree or diploma in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.
• Skills: Strong understanding of construction processes, methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Personal Qualities: Ability to work flexible hours, travel to various project sites, and possess a valid driver's license and own transportation.
